Synaps Manager 4.0

The Synaps Manager platform has been updated to version 4.0, incorporating several upgrades to enhance compliance and fraud detection management. This version introduces new features and integrates Synaps's new brand identity, with updated documentation available for users and developers.

Improvements

  • Verification Flow Builder: Custom verification flows can now be created using a drag-and-drop interface, allowing for flexible and efficient onboarding processes.
  • User Session Details: Provides detailed monitoring of user and corporate progress through the onboarding and verification journey.
  • Risk Control: Offers access to user AML data for alert review and identification, including historical data access and export capabilities for auditing.
  • Risk Dashboard: A single dashboard for fraud detection, providing quick access to KPIs and alerts for immediate action.

API Integration - Unified API for KYC & KYB

The previously separate domains, individual-api.synaps.io and corporate-api.synaps.io, have now been consolidated into a single, unique, unified API domain. This newly integrated domain will serve as the primary access point for all of Synaps' product API integrations.

Decentralized Identity - New Anima Reusable Experience

From April 22 onwards, your KYC user interface has been equipped to allow users to enjoy instant identification via Anima dID protocol integration. With this release, we've refined the interoperability features for an improved user experience:

Verify KYC 4.0 - New Know Your Customer Experience

The fourth version of Synaps Verify — your user interface for KYC — was successfully deployed on Wednesday, July 12nd. This update is designed to enhance the user experience and increase pass rates. It introduces new features coupled with an upgraded infrastructure for improved security. API and SDK have been updated for seamless integration within your platform.
